Grand Mufti of Kazakhstan hails humanitarian role of UAE

Abu Dhabi, Jun 27th, 2010 (WAM) – Grand Mufti of Kazakhstan Absattar Kazhy Derbisali has hailed the paramount humanitarian role played by UAE and its leadership. He also lauded the humanitarian efforts of UAE in Kazakhstan in times of trial.
He also expressed gratitude to UAE Red Crescent Authority led by Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for its humanitarian initiatives and charity programmes implemented in Kazakhstan in support of the weaker section of the population.
The Mufti, accompanied by a delegation, paid a visit today to the RCA headquarters in Abu Dhabi and was received by Board chairman of the RCA Ahmed Humaid Al Mazroui, Chairman of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments Dr. Hamdan Musallam Al Mazroui and other officials.
At a meeting held at the RCA, the two sides stressed to enhance cooperation in the field of humanitarian field.
