Kazakhstan boosts oil production 3% in 5 months

Interfax reported that Kazakhstan raised production of oil and gas condensate 3%YoY in January to May to 30.547 million tonnes.
Condensate production alone fell by 13.1% to 2.373 million tonnes.
KazMunayGas, the national oil and gas corporation reduced oil and condensate production 6.3%YoY in the five months to 3.672 million tonnes.
Companies partly owned by KazMunayGas produced 13.508 million tonnes up by 9.0%: joint ventures TengizChevrOil produced 8.343 million tonnes and KazGerMunay produced 1.309 million tonnes, up 13.6% and 1.2%, respectively; OJSC Petro Kazakhstan Kumkol Resources produced 1.255 million tonnes down 7.0% and JSC Turgai Petroleum produced 1.331 million tonnes down by 2.9%.
Other oil producers lifted 13.367 million tonnes of oil and condensate in the five months down 0.2%YoY OJSC MangistauMunayGas 2.374 million tonnes up by 1.5%; OJSC CNPC-AktobeMunayGas 2.518 million tonnes up by 4.9% and Karachaganak Petroleum Operating 5.051 million tonnes down by 3.7%.
Kazakhstan produced 6.145 million tonnes of oil and condensate, including 542,586 tonnes of condensate in May. Gas production in Kazakhstan rose 0.7%YoY in the five months to 14.694 billion cubic meters including 7.831 billion cubic meters of natural gas, down 5.9%.
KazMunayGas produced 529.477 million cubic meters in the five months, down 8.1% from the same period of last year. Companies partly owned by KazMunayGas produced 5.044 billion cubic meters up by 14.4% including TengizChevrOil 4.382 billion cubic meters up by 13.1%. Other companies produced 9.121 billion cubic meters down by 5.0% including KPO 6.620 billion cubic meters down by 1.0%.
Kazakhstan produced 2.977 billion cubic meters of gas in May.
