SAES To Signs Underwater Systems Deal With Kazakhstan

Spanish underwater warfare specialist SAES (Sociedad Anonima Electronica Submarina) has won a new contract to supply an underwater detection sonar to Kazakhstan that for the first time will be assembled in-country.

In addition, SAES announced on 22 June that it has also signed an agreement that opens up the possibility of selling mine and ranging systems to the Central Asian republic and making them there.
