KazMunaiGas Onimderi Report About Rise In Fuel Price Since June In Kazakhstan
Fuel price will increase since June 1 in Kazakhstan, reports KazMunayGas Onimderi Ltd.
According to the company, cost of diesel fuel at the big stations of the network now makes 135-136 tenge/liter. The fuel costs 122-128 tenge/liter for farmers.
“In compliance with the order of the Government dated March 31 2017 N 133 “On changes in the order dated March 13 2015 N 133 on excise rates for fuel (except for jet fuel) and diesel fuel” since June 2016 excise rate for diesel fuel will make 9300 tenge per ton. Wholesale price will increase by 7.3 tenge/liter affecting the price at the petrol stations,” said the company.
Change of the excise rate is aimed to lower the difference between the prices for diesel fuel in Kazakhstan and in the neighboring states causing fuel outflow.
Gradual equation of cost of diesel fuel and petrol is one of the market tendencies. “In many states the cost of diesel fuel and petrol are equal. In neighboring Russia the prices for these oil products make 208-209 tenge per liter,” said the company.
