There have been risks of hidden re-export of oil and oil products to the third states with the aims of evasion from customs fees, said Nurmukhambet Abdibekov, chairman of the accounting committee for control over performance of the Republican Budget.

“There have been risks of hidden re-export of oil and oil products to the third states with the aims of evasion from import customs fees in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is connected with absence of limited duty free oil deliveries together with cancellation of customs control at the border of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan,” he said.

He said insufficient development of domestic market of borrowing tools contributed into growth of external debts including for financing of deficit of the republican budget.
