U.S. Makes Preliminary Finding Of Silicon Metal Dumping By Kazakhstan And Three Countries

(Reuters) – The U.S. International Trade Commission said on Friday it made a preliminary determination that Australia, Brazil, Kazakhstan and Norway sold silicon metal at unfairly low prices.

The commission voted to continue to investigate into the possible dumping and whether the countries are subsidizing their silicon metal industries, it said in a statement.
