Ulker Biskuvi Sanayi AS: Decides to acquire 100 percent of Hamle Company located in Kazakhstan at $3 million, Reuters reported.

Hamle Company Ltd. was founded in 1995. It produces a wide range of quality confectionery. All its products are certified according to ISO 2002 standards, which make it highly competitive on the international market. Today, it manufactures more than 100 kinds of products, including biscuits, waffles, sponge cake rolls, chewing gum and chocolate bars. Distribution is carried out by affiliates and agencies in 17 cities; its products are also supplied to Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Mongolia. Unique modern equipment and technologies have been installed in order to widen the range of products. The production of the first Sonata sponge cake rolls commenced in Kazakhstan in 2002. Hamle products have received many diplomas and medals for their excellent quality and design. The company has three gold medals from the Kazakhstan International Exhibition, Sweets 2003.

Hamle Company Ltd is one of the largest factories in Kazakhstan producing biscuits and waffles. Overall productive capacity is 60 tons per day. The company has sufficient warehouse space, power-driven end product loading means.

Hamle Company is a part of the Yildiz Holding from May 2014.
