Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan Signed More Than 90 Contracts Valued $900 Mln
92 contracts valued $840 mln have been signed at the business forum of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, reports Atameken NBC.
Uzbekistan was represented by 150 companies of light and food industry, mechanical engineering, banks and etc.
Alisher Shaikhov, chairman of the trade-industrial chamber of Uzbekistan said the businessmen of Uzbekistan plan to continue development of mutual relations with Kazakhstan which will let two states access the international markets.
“Now we are discussing joint accession of the Chinese, European, American and African markets, as we will create joint industries, use the logistic centers which are developing in our states. New opportunities are opening for accession to China, Europe and other regions,” he said.
Mutual trade turnover between the states is expected to grow up.
“In general we plan to increase the commodity circulation to $5 bn. As for the investments it is a question of businessmen. I think our states have all the opportunities for this,” he concluded.
