2017 Asian Winter Games: Team Kazakhstan Results
Kazahstani skier Elena Kolomina added a second medal in team Kazakhstan tally on 2017 Asian Winter Games in Japanese city of Sapporo, Kazinform reports.
Her first medal Kolomina won when second in 1.4 km classic style race came. This time she was third in 10 km freestyle race.
Skier Rinat Mukhin won first gold medal for Kazakhstan national team at 2017 Asian Winter Games in Japanese city of Sapporo.
Mukhin came first in individual 15 km. race.
Earlier another Kazahstani skier Elena Kolomina added silver and bronze medals in team Kazakhstan tally.
Denis Kuzin won silver in 1,000 metre speed skating in Sapporo.
Japanese athletes Takuro Oda and Shunsuke Nakamura took gold and bronze medals respectively.
Kuzin’s “Silver” became third medal for Team Kazakhstan at the Asian Games. Yesterday skier Elena Kolomina won silver in 1.4 km classic style sprint, and bronze in 10 kilometers freestyle race. Also today another skier Rinat Mukhin won first gold medal for Kazakhstan national team at 2017 Asian Winter Games.
Currently, Team Kazakhstan has 1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medals and stands fourth in total medal count.
South Korea has lost today to Kazakhstan 0:1 in women’s hockey during the 2017 Winter Asian Games in Sapporo, Japan.
Defenseman Azhar Khamimuldinova scored the game’s only goal in the third period.
Yesterday, the Kazakh team was beaten by the Chinese opponents 8:3.
