Forecast For Kazakhstan’s Growth Is 1.5 -2% Over 2017: Central Bank

National Bank forecasts risk of inflation growth in October due to situation with fuel in Kazakhstan

Forecast for Kazakhstan’s GDP growth is 1.5 – 2% for 2017, said Director of the Research and Statistics Department of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Vitaly Tutushkin.

Kazakhstan’s economy is expected by the central bank to show growth, Kazakhstan Today reported Tutushkin as saying.

The forecast for the inflation rate in 2017 is 6-8%, he said.

In 2018, the inflation rate is expected to range between 5  – 7%, 2019 – 4 – 6%, 2020 – less than 4%, said Tutushkin.
