Kazakhstan: Four New Flights Launched In Aktau
Several airlines have started operating their flights to the international airport in Aktau, Kazakhstan, Ergazy Joldasov, CEO, AktauInternational Airport, told Kazinform News Agency, Kazakhstan.
Since December 1, 2016 SCAT Airlines, Kazakhstan, using its CRJ-200 aircraft, has started carrying out domestic flights en route Aktau – Uralsk. It is worth noting that another Kazakhstan’s air carrier, Bek Air, has been operating similar flights twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, since October 30, 2016.
Since December 2, 2016, Qazaq Air, Kazakhstan, using its Bombardier Q400 plane, has started operating domestic flights en route Aktau –Atyrau twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays.
There are plans to launch two more air destinations.
“Starting from December 12, 2016 Bek Air will operate its domestic flights to Shymkent twice a week, on Mondays and Saturdays, on its Fokker 100 aircraft. On December 20, 2016 this air company will launch additional domestic flight en route Aktau – Almaty – Aktau to be operated on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays”, Mr. Joldasov said.
One of the lowest one way airfare rates, not counting of airport charges, is the tariff for Aktau – Uralskflight, as it comes to KZT 8,500.
