“The sum of the lawsuit of Kazakhtelecom consists of the difference in sum received by the National press club and the sum paid to the printed media,” said Aigul Dairova, manager of law department Kazakhtelecom.
She noted, there are no points prohibiting the National press-club to get profit from the agreement performance concluded by the National press-club and Kazakhtelecom.

A. Dairova confirmed that the sums which the National press-club received from Kazakhtelecom were not higher than the sums indicated in the agreements.

“(Those receipts, which NPC presented to Kazakhtelecom about performance of works, were the sums higher there than in the agreements and the attachment N3?-lawyer) No, it wasn’t higher in any city,” said Dairova.
A.Dairova also said that the tender commission had no admonitions concerning the cost of the services of the National press-club.

“(Did the tender commission have any admonitions concerning the cost of services? Was the cost of services higher than the lot’s budget?-lawyer) Which admonitions could be there if Isakova (ex head of press-service Kazakhetlecom Yuliya Isakova-KazTAG) said that by the order of Makhamnetazhiyev (chief administrative director Kazakhtelecom Batyr Makhanbetazhiyev-KazTAG) all the tender documentations were prepared in compliance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In turn, Madina Bakiyeva, lawyer, confirmed that “the sum declared as damage by Kazakhtelecom is the sum which the National press-club received under these agreements”.
