“The bill provides for amendments to the five codes and 19 laws. So, in the Criminal Code are enhanced penalties for terrorist offenses, introduced mandatory confiscation convicted of extremism and terrorism. This is a necessary measure because of increased danger for the citizens and the state of these crimes, “- said Kolkobaev.
According to him, in the Criminal Procedure Code to the national security bodies provides an alternative jurisdiction on crimes in sphere of illegal circulation of weapons and drugs as well as illegal migration.
These measures are related to the fact that trafficking in drugs and weapons, illegal migration channels are the main source of funding, as well as providing the necessary forces and means of international terrorism.
