Astana Expo-2017 partakes in Abu Dhabi World Future Energy Summit

“World Future Energy Summit” has kicked off today in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
The event is taking place in the exhibition centre of Abu Dhabi called “ADNEC”. The opening ceremony was attended by Vice-President of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
The event is expected to conduct a series of conferences, including the International Water Summit – IWS and EcoWASTE exhibitions on waste recycling technologies.
The conference is aimed at the developing joint solutions for the formation of energy of the future, based on the most modern technologies and efficient use of available opportunities.
“Astana EXPO-2017” pavilion will be a part of the huge exhibition held in Abu Dhabi during the days of the summit. The theme of the EXPO event in Astana resonates the main ideas and topics of the summit. In 2017 Kazakhstan will become a large-scale global platform for constructive discussions where countries, companies and various organizations are to share their vision and put forward their solutions to key energy challenges of our time.
Kazakhstan delegation will hold bilateral meetings with leaders of MASDAR company which is engaged in developing environmentally friendly technologies of the future. Astana Expo reps will also meet with the leadership of International Renewable Energy Agency IRENA and the National Media Council of the UAE.
