Kazakh boxers haul 4 medals at Moscow tournamentKazakhstani athletes have collected 2 gold and 2 silver medals at the international boxing tournament in Moscow, Russia.

The event was dedicated to the victory in the Great Patriotic War and brought together boxers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus.

Rustam Svayev (75kg), Kamshybek Konkabayev (91kg), Bagdat Uaidayev (60kg), Bakkozha Inatullayev (52kg), Daulet Dautov (49kg) and Temirlan Otegen (91kg) from Kyzylorda represented Kazakhstan at the event.

Rustam Svayev and Kamshybek Konkabayev both knocked out their opponents and hauled gold in their respective categories. Bagdat Uaidayev and Bakkozha Inatullayev won silver.

It is worth mentioning that prominent Soviet boxer and two-time Olympic champion Boris Lagutin attended the awarding ceremony.
