Kazakhstan’s ever-first extreme cycling track unveiled

Kazakhstan’s ever-first extreme cycling track was unveiled at the Shymbulak ski resort in Almaty, its press service reports.
2,700 m track construction took two years. The downhill mountain biking track is full of artificial obstacles, springboards and quick turns.
The first competitions will take place there August this year. Almaty will also play a host to Kazakhstan Downhill Championship and Extreme Cycling Cup. Besides, it is planned to open a specialized rider school and hold various master classes.
