Russian tourists name Astana the most expensive city in CIS

Russian tourists have named the capital of Kazakhstan – Astana – the most expensive city in the CIS for the cost of accommodation, according to oktogo.ru.
The most popular city in the space of the former Soviet Union the Russians have recognized the capital of Ukraine – Kiev. Top 3 most popular cities also included Minsk and Odessa followed by Chisinau, Almaty, Baku, Lviv, Astana, Tashkent and Yerevan.
Ukraine last year, the Russians have made 70% of all trips to the CIS , Belarus – 20%, Kazakhstan – 3%, in Moldova – 2% in the rest of the country – by 1% or less .
In 2013 the Russian tourists visited Ukraine and paid for the accommodation about 3.1 thousand rubles a day. Meanwhile, the most expensive city among the CIS for the cost of accommodation the Russians admitted Astana and the most budget-friendly – the city of Chisinau.
According to a study in the capital of Kazakhstan the Russians paid for hotel accommodation on average 6.3 thousand rubles ($ 190) per day and in the Moldavian capital – 2,7 thousand rubles a day (82 dollars).
