Strategy 2050 distinguishes Kazakhstan from many West European countries – Otto Benecke Foundation President L. Lemper

A letter has been received for the Head of State from the president of the Otto Benecke Foundation Mr. Lothar Theodor Lemper, the press service of Akorda says. In his message Mr. Lemper reports that he has familiarized himself with the President’s Address to the Nation called “Kazakhstan-2050” Strategy with great interest.
According to him, the document contains a number of interesting aspects that are combined to achieve significant and vital new challenges for Kazakhstan.
“Kazakhstan is favorably different from many other countries of the former Soviet Union, as well as those located outside the region, by its renewed spirit of optimism. Your speech is the documentation of courage”, the author writes.
Mr.Lemper believes that the two sources of internationally recognized achievements of the republic are skillful political management under the leadership of the President of Kazakhstan and the presence of diverse abilities of citizens which are applied for the benefit of a large country.
“The Strategy distinguishes Kazakhstan from many West European countries, which continue to remain stagnant. Your promise is associated with the desire to lead Kazakhstan to the heights of economic, scientific and social progress”, the letter reads.
In conclusion, the author pointed out that he had been impressed by the new educational policy of Nursultan Nazarbayev. In this regard, Mr.Lemper expressed readiness to contribute to the implementation of promising ideas.
