ATFBank (Kazakhstan) informed on completion of deal between LLP KazNitrogenGas and UniCredit Bank Austria completion of deal on acquisition of 99.75 % shares of the bankATFBank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on  Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press release of May 2, 2013:

LLP KazNitrogenGas and UniCredit Bank Austria announced completion of the deal on buying-selling 99.75% stake in ATFBank. The deal total amount made up ATFBank Group equity size. The deal was approved by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 29, 2013.

Mr. Romeo Collina. Who was Chairman of ATFBank Management Board till April 30, 2013 emphasized that UniCredit decided to sell Kazakhstan bank under the strategic plan on optimization of business in Central and Eastern Europe.

We are confident that with the new shareholder ATFBank will strengthen its success and will continue providing wide range of services, develop new products and services. Mr. Antony Espina, ATFBank Board of Directors member expressed gratitude to the bank management for efficient organization of the bank.
