Real estate in Kazakhstan increases in price

In February 2013 the average price of flats in Kazakhstan equaled 225,776 tenge per square metre and increased by 8.42%. During one month the price for real estate at the secondary market increased by 1.08%. KazRielt Real Estate has announced that in February 2013 the average price for flats in Kazakhstan was estimated at 225,776 tenge per square metre and increased by 8.42% over 12 months. During 1 month the price for real estate at the secondary market increased by 1.08% to 225,485 tenge per square metre. In the period from January to February the price for new flats increased by 0.48% to 251,830 tenge per square metre. In February, 2012 the price for these flats was 9.46% lower. The research also stated that individual housing has increased in price by 0.5% to 27.367 million tenge per one facility. During one year the growth in prices in the private sector was 3.39% lower. In February, the average weighted price for one and two-roomed flats was 80,520 and 121,588 tenge per month. In the first case the decrease in prices equaled to 1.68% and in the latter case rent rates decreased 0.42%. According to KazRielt Real Estate, a year ago the price for one and two-roomed flats was 7.61% and 8.68% lower.
