The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs will be created in Kazakhstan in 2013, chairman of the Board of the Kazakh National Economic Chamber ‘Atameken Union’ Ablai Myrzakhmetov said on Monday, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported.
“According to the presidential order, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs will be created this year. The working group has discussed almost all conceptual issues (concerning the new chamber) in the government. We expect the concept of this bill will be submitted to the interdepartmental commission by the end of February,” Myrzakhmetov said at the briefing in the central communications service under the President in Astana.
According to Myrzakhmetov, the government will submit the bill to Majilis (Parliament’s Lower Chamber) by the end of April.
“If Majilis considers the bill rapidly, it can be passed on July 1, otherwise it will be passed in September-October,” he said.
