A Kazakhstani wins New York gold

Kazahstani athlete Olga Rypakova won the sixth stage of the “Diamond League” in New York and the gold of the championship in the triple jump.
Our 27-year-old athlete was best in the tournament (setting a new record), jumping 14.71 meters in the first attempt. The silver was won by Kimberly Williams, Jamaica- 14.45 meters. Cuban Yargelis Savigny – 14.08 meters is third.
As previously informed, in Doha at the starting stage of the league, Olga Rypakova won “gold” in the triple jump of 14.33 meters, and in Rome she was second, losing to the winner Olga Solodukha, Ukraine (14.75 m).
