Kazakh president initiates Kyrgyzstan-Kazakhstan business forum

President of Kazakhstan initiated to hold Kyrgyzstan-Kazakhstan business forum, as reported by press-service of president for transitional period following the results of Roza Otunbayeva’s working trip to Astana.
According to them, leaders of two countries reached a number of agreements.
“Leader of Kazakhstan called to consider and implement “allied relationship agreements” within new conditions. He also promised to continue help assistance to Kyrgyzstan. Roza Otunbayeva extended thanks to Nursultan Nazarbayev for his support and concrete economic assistance during difficult days of the country. She also mentioned that nation of Kyrgyzstan felt brotherly shoulder of nation of Kazakhstan,” reported the press-service.
Parties agreed to hold session of intergovernmental council of the two countries at top level, aiming at consolidation of interrelation dynamics between the republics and solution of current economic issues.
As press-service reported, “Roza Otunbayeva stressed to necessity to restore works on Kyrgyzstan-Kazakhstan investment fund establishment in the amount of $100 million for development and support of the most profitable economic projects in Kyrgyzstan.”
During the meeting leaders also discussed issue on electricity supply from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan and removal of the ban for export of meat and dairy products from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan, effective during the last three years.
According to press-service, one of the most important agreements during the meeting was decision to remove the ban for oil-product export from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan.
