Kazakhstan’s Output Rose 10.5% in January to November

Kazakhstan’s industrial production rose 10.5 percent in the 11 months through November from the same period a year earlier, the statistics agency said.
The Central Asian nation increased oil output by 4 percent from a year earlier to 72.4 million metric tons during the period, while natural gas production climbed 3.6 percent to 33.5 billion cubic meters, the Astana-based agency said in an e- mailed statement today.
Kazakhstan boosted output of ferroalloys by 20.3 percent to 1.6 million metric tons in the period, the agency said. Rolled- iron output fell 2.6 percent to 2.7 million tons. Copper production advanced 3.6 percent to 299,200 tons, while the output of cement climbed 15.3 percent to 6.4 million tons.
